Have you ever looked at the sky at night? Take a look right now. Look at the sky. What do you see?
Is your sky cloudless blue? Empty hazy? Black pre-dawn? Almost night-time? Or is an awesome purple? Or a pale rainy?
Right now, my sky is cold but bright. Pure blue. Pretty, right?
I prefer the night sky. I love looking up and seeing the beautiful, fresh and cool, blue-black mixture. It calms me. And this is why I get all my good writing ideas at night. When I'm stuck, I just look up. And let my mind wander. I clear my mind of all anxiety, all worries, and just let the color of the sky guide my thoughts.
My sky guides me. And the best part about that is that my sky is always there. All I have to do is look up.
